Shrub is a classic English cordial dating back to the 1700s. Citrus peel is steeped in spirit with sugar and spice, creating a rich, zesty drink that was once the heart of every good punch.

Small batch rum matured in oak barrels to produce notes of caramel, vanilla, gentle spice and a long, smooth finish.

Aged for a full decade in oak, creating remarkable depth with layers of dried fruit, spice and toasted oak.

Only the very heart of the distilled alcohol is used to produce our Apple Brandy, being settled briefly before being ‘laid to rest’ in oak barrels.

Using Unspoilt Natural Resources to Create a Quality Product
We are a family-owned, small-batch distillery established in 2016 and located on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Our vision was to produce quality beverages made from pure ingredients, allowing them time to mature into truly exceptional products.
We began by exploring base ingredients that could produce an outstanding Cornish brandy, alongside a refreshing Cornish Apple Schnapps. Today, that same patient approach runs through every bottle we make.

The craft behind the bottle
Copper, Oak, Time and Patience
Apple juice is fermented into apple wine using selected yeasts, a process common to true brandies. The low wines are then transferred to a copper pot still and gently heated to extract the apple wine spirit. Only the precise cuts are kept before the young brandy is transferred into oak barrels, sealed with beeswax and left to mature.
